Our experience tells us that phone conversation is the best way to understand your expectations from treatment abroad and leads to a more precise quotation.
If you would like to receive a more tailored quotation, you can directly fill in our medical questionnaire. We will deliver your medical details to a doctor specialised in your kind of treatment/surgery. Remember that we can't send any quotation without speaking to you by phone first.

Our quote comprises your treatment plan, a doctor's evaluation of your eligibility for the chosen procedure; available dates for the first appointment in Prague and a total price for your treatment abroad.
Remember that we operate "no extra charge" policy with our partner medical facilities, i.e. our prices are same or lower than you get by contacting the clinic directly.

Once agreed about all details of your stay in Prague, you will be asked to confirm the booking either through our online booking process or by email.
Agreeing to the terms and conditions and paying a deposit make the booking final.
The deposit is to secure that all arrangements are properly booked and reserved.
You can pay the deposit using PayPal, by credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

Remember to check for flight availability before making a decision to go for a treatment abroad! We are happy to help you when booking your flight.
When you have confirmed and sent us your flight details, we will book your accommodation in the agreed hotel/apartment.

We await you at the airport and take you to your hotel (30-45 minutes drive).
We give you a mobile phone with Czech sim-card and tell you the exact time for your first consultation.

The same or usually the following day we take you to the clinic to meet your doctor.
Your doctor/surgeon will meet you for consultation and subsequently all relevant examinations will be done. A full payment is usually required before the procedure.
Remember that the advance payment part of the deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

You undergo the agreed treatment (usually the same or following day after your consultation).
In case of larger surgeries, you might need to recover for a few days at the clinic.
Otherwise, you can move back to your hotel. Before you leave the clinic you will be advised on how to look after yourself until the next Check-up. Should you need help in the meantime, we are here to assist you. Once you feel better, we recommend you to explore Prague, the heart of Europe!

After your final medical check-up we bring you back to the airport.
Anytime afterwards, we are still here for you to help!
We believe that your family or friends will love the results of your treatment abroad, so please recommend us on to them!
Your treatment by the Clinic is fully guaranteed. In the unlikely event of any difficulties, you can return for a free replacement/repair. Remember that in this unlikely case you will only pay for your accommodation and flights.
