Both surgeries were conducted by Dr. Tovarek who is a real sensei. It was such a great experience, it is a pity that with so great people and at such a great place lasted only a week.

I decided on going to Prague for my dental work after I was quoted 1600 euro for 2 crowns in Stuttgart Germany. I heard of Praga Medica from a friend so I sent a email and Veronica was very fast and nice, she answered my questions within a few hours or a day. I drove to Prague because it’s only a 4 ½ hour drive, when I got there I was met by Zdenek and taken to the clinic every thing was set up and fast the doctor did really good work he was very detailed and took his time all the equipment was new and they even had a x-ray machine in the dental room so they could check on the teeth with out having to leave the room, I thought this was cool because I have never seen one inside the dental room. Every thing went good and I got my 2 crowns that look real and fit perfect I only had to pay 800 euro so I saved a lot of money, no complaints from me, except not being able to spend more time in Prague.

My experience was really excellent throughout in terms of initial assessment, overall communication and the treatment itself. We were collected from the airport and looked after very well at every stage thereafter. Monika went out of her way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. She also arranged dental appointments for my wife and I and this too was far better than expected, particularly in view of how quickly the treatment had to be performed. Our accommodation at the hotel was first class and the city of Prague is a beautiful place with lots of interesting architecture and plenty of good shopping and restaurants at reasonable prices. My treatment was exactly as described before travelling and the doctors and nurses were excellent and everyone spoke very good English. I’m am very pleased with the results of the surgery perhaps with the exception of my near vision but I’m am assured that this will improve with time. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Pragamedica to anyone wishing to have either eye surgery or dental treatment – it was all first rate. Many thanks.

Dental health care in Alaska is higher than in many place in the US. Most crown work is done with porcelain fused to metal. Having regular dental work done each year all my life and now retired, the costs seem to be even higher. I looked up places in Prague that did dentistry prior to leaving home. After looking at several websites, I choose Praga Medica. I sent them an email. There website quotes all prices for dental care. I got a quick response. The asked when I would be in Prague. Dr. Vladislav Ružicka was my dentist. He spoke good English, was very courteous and friendly. He only worked on one patient at a time, rather than 5 or 6 like they do in Juneau. I spent many hours in the chair for the work I had done. If the dentist was more than 5 minutes late, he personally came out and apologized. At reception one day I asked if they had a coffee machine. She asked me what I wanted and I said an espresso. She said, we are here to serve you; I will bring it to you. For a westerner, this type of treatment is unbelievable.

I have recently had a tummy tuck with lipo. I was a bit sceptical at first using a foreign cosmetic company for obvious reasons but, as soon as I arrived in Prague my mind was put at ease. John, the friendly driver, picked me up and took me and my sister to the hotel which was arranged all beforehand. The next day Veronika came to the hotel to meet me at the hotel. She came with me to the hospital. In the afternoon I had my surgery and all went well. From start to finish the whole experience was professional and no hidden surprises arose. Veronika is an asset to the company and it was a pleasure to have met her. What an amazing experience; from a tentative email for a quote, to my new rejuvenated face. A simple on-line diagnosis from the very experienced Dr. Pros and an exceptionally low quote put everything in motion. I accepted the quote and and decided to have a full week in the beautiful city of Prague. When I passed on my flight details; Praga Medica booked my hotel for me and transfers to and from the airport. Veronika and Zdenek were my contacts and personally picked me up on arrival and settled me into my hotel, giving me a Czech mobile phone to contact them 24/7 if I needed to, oh and thankfully a good map of Prague. That was Sunday, on Tuesday I went for the consultation at 08.00 with Dr. Pros. I was really impressed with the Perfect Clinic just two minutes walk from my hotel, ultra modern, smart elegant staff and sparklingly clean. No problems with my surgeon so I was in the operating theatre at 09.15. My droopy eyelids and baggy eyes disappeared over the next two hours. I stayed awake for the procedure and I am glad I did: some good old tunes keeping me company courtesy of Dr. Pros. My first port of call was the on site pharmacy for some Visine drops for later in the week and paracetamol for now. However, I took two precautionary tablets and found to my surprise that they were the last I took. My eyes were no more uncomfortable than wearing hard gas permeable lenses. I found walking by the river in the cool breeze much more soothing that sitting in my hotel bathing my eyes and so began a week where I walked 6 to 8 hours a day, I wanted to see all the city if I could. Always something really impressive around every corner. I had a follow up on Thursday, brief and reassuring with a talk on after-care. I took my stitches out when I got home on the Tuesday – 40 seconds for all four. Bruising gone after another week and after a month I am so happy with the results – and so is my girlfriend. I am so glad I did this.

I went to Praga Medica for a breast enlargement I am from Germany so all the prices I was quoted are very high around 5 thousand euro and I have not heard many good things about German doctors, I also wanted to go to Colombia to do this but the price are around the same as in Prague plus I would have to buy a plane ticket there and stay for a few week, so after some research I contacted Praga Medica.
They answered all my questions very fast and even called me so that we can talk on the phone, I was quoted 3 thousand euro for the full procedure with a night stay in the clinic, my fiancé stayed in a hotel just 2 minute walk from the clinic, he said the hotel was very nice a 3 star hotel and cost 65 euro a night. My consultation with the doctor went very well he listened to me and didn’t try to push me to do something I did not want to. Every thing went very fast after I decided on the size I was prepped for surgery and within a 3 hour period from going into the clinic I had already gotten my new breast. The clinic was very nice after my surgery they came in regularly to check up on me, plus my fiancé was able to stay in the room until 10pm. I barely felt any pain after the surgery and I didn’t have a single bruise from it either, I was even able to go the next day and walk around and go out to eat to TGI Fridays. No complaints I would recommend this company to any one just make sure you can site see Prague it is so beautiful and if you get implants also buy another pressure bra because you only get one.

We were made to feel at ease and were kept up to date with every step of the way. We went to Prague for our initial consultation and everything was arranged for us. We were collected at the airport and taken to and from all appointments by Zdenek. We then arranged to go back for the treatment and again everything was arranged. Dr Alexander was first class and again ensured everything went smoothly with the synchronisation of my cycle with the donor cycle and with the egg retrieval and implantation. We have recently returned from beautiful Prague following our treatment of fresh egg donation with donor sperm. We finally decided on the route of donor following many years of over twenty treatments including IUI and ICSI. The cost, stress and constant failures coupled with the fact we were not getting any younger made us look into our options. From the word go Zdenek has been fabulous. He was extremely prompt at answering any queries and guided us through the whole proceedure effortlessly. I had my initial consult with Dr
Alexander over the phone and he and Zdenek kept in touch regularly until our arrival in Prague. Zdenek had organised everything for
us- we were met at the airport by Jan (John) and he took us to our apartment. We were given a mobile phone to keep in touch as well as
some maps and tourist guides.He also took us to each visit at the clinic and back to the airport when we left. He was great and it
really took the pressure off. During our stay in Prague we were kept fully informed of our developing embryos progress by either Zdenek
or Dr Alexander and the proceedure was carried out ny Dr Polokova (not sure if I have spelt that correctly) However the servive was

I was really pleased with every part of the treatment, from the price to the communication and the doctors. It worrying going to another country to have an operation but I can honestly say it was as good or even better than the UK! From the start David was very helpful and knowledgeable, not at all pushy, always answered my question honestly and quickly. The guide was very helpful and made the experience a lot more comfortably and I enjoyed talking to her about the country. Its not very often you go abroad and get to engage with a local who can speak perfect English. The hotel was nice, clean and very professional. The results of the treatment was almost instantaneous, I was so happy with the results and really would recommend it! The only downside was I chose my own hotel which was a real let down. I wish I had taken David’s advice and stayed in a hotel he had recommended, but that was my own fault for choosing that hotel. Very beautiful city and great shopping, I’ll certainly be returning for a break in the summer.

I was very pleased booking with Praga Medica. I had all my questions answered prior to arriving. The consultation went very well & there were no complications. The facilities were of a very high standard. All my accommodation needs were catered for including the arrival & departure from the airport. I also had a mobile when I was discharged from the clinic & medication if needed My procedure was performed by Dr Lukas Frajer who did a superb job. I knew he had an excellent history as a surgeon & could not fault him. The nurses were all helpful 24hrs a day during my stay. The room was nice & I always felt secure. Being a Vegetarian also I was pleased that my dietary needs were catered for. I am pleased with the results so far but I know the true effect may not be known for another 5 months. Either way all went great! The only negative aspect was that not many of the nurses (during my stay) spoke English & that is very important when you come for any procedure overall 7/10 but the surgeons all spoke English. Thankfully I did have my laptop which helped very much in terms of translating. I would still advocate the clinic either way as the most important aspects were the level of service & after care they offer. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Professionally staffed, top modern localities and equipment, very friendly, rutined and for-what-you-get, price wise, probably the best in Europe. The staffs english language niveau on the nursing level could point to these persons are not registered nurses, but merely on-the-job trained assistents, who all are younge and “pretty”…(and well trained!), but which gives a little negative nuance. There are individually anointed translaters, though obviously stressed from rushing from the one patient, to the next; 2 points that give an impression of saving resources, (money), coupled with a feeling of being on a well-oiled conveyer-belt,( not just a little), making the whole experience a bit omnious. In the end though, with an obviously good result, which is the main point of a good business.

I have to say I have always considered testimonials to be put up jobs, no one can be that happy, Can they? From the enquiry stage through the arranging, arrival and concluding with the operation I was made to feel at home and completely stress free, the accommodation arranged for us was a very good standard, every one involved in the process from the guy who picked us up through the personal contact and the surgeon were nothing short of very professional. Any one who thinks Prague’s medical facilities would fall short of the UK’s I’m afraid its the other way round its the UK’s that are firmly in second place here. The Surgeon Dr Frajer was without doubt a very accomplished surgeon, reassuring and accomplished. I have to say that my experience at Praga Medica was a fantastic experience. One week after the hair transplant I can say that I am very happy with the results. The initial emails with Veronika were clear and prompt. She and Dr Hajduk answered all my questions promptly, and the quotation details were clearly explained. After obtaining several quotes for a hair transplant from clinics in Prague and London, I decided to proceed with Praga Medica. They offered much better value that Harley St and provided me a greater level of confidence than other clinics that I contacted in Czech Republic. They accommodated my requested dates at short notice, picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel. Veronika was at the hotel next morning to greet me and escort me to the clinic. The consultations with the doctors and staff were professional and courteous. My transplant went over three days, and the staff looked after me very well, considering the amount of jabbing going on in my head! I stayed two nights in the clinic which was comfortable and quiet. I must say that was slightly apprehensive about the whole transplant procedure, since I’ve never done anything like this before in my life. However the staff were very supportive (all spoke English!) and reassuring, which is important when you’re doing surgery in a foreign country. ’nuff said!. My recovery has been swift and I’m taking all the recommended nutrients post-op (recommend you do too). One week on, and the scabs are clearing up and the new hair is sprouting through. Excellent ! The service could not be faulted – from being picked up at the airport to the arrival of Tereza, my angel in a strange city, at my
hotel to take me to the clinic – and, as I had chosen to come to Prague on my own, she even came into the first surgery with me, which
was immensely reassuring. I had made it clear that I was more interested in my distance vision than in whether or not I would need
glasses for reading and I was warned that it might not be possible to achieve 20:20 vision as there are risks associated with
over-compensating – so it is not an exact science. However, the results the clinic have managed is nearly 20:20 vision in my right
eye and close to that in my left – and I can also use a computer and read a book in good light without reading glasses! I could not
have hoped for more! Only when I arrived in Prague did I elect to have the femto-cataract surgery rather than the more conventional
kind available in the UK as femto-cataract surgery has a greater accuracy and faster recovery time. I still paid less than two-thirds
of what it would have cost me in the UK – and got a holiday in a fascinating city into the bargain!

What an amazing experience from a tentative email for a quote; to my new rejuvenated face. A simple on-line diagnosis from the very
experienced Dr. Pros and an exceptionally low quote put everything in motion. I accepted the quote and and decided to have a full week
in the beautiful city of Prague. When I passed on my flight details; Praga Medica booked my hotel for me and transfers to and from the
airport. Veronika and Zdenek were my contacts and personally picked me up on arrival and settled me into my hotel, giving me a Czech
mobile phone to contact them 24/7 if I needed to, oh and thankfully a good map of Prague. That was Sunday, on Tuesday I went for the
consultation at 08.00 with Dr. Pros. I was really impressed with the Perfect Clinic just two minutes walk from my hotel, ultra modern,
smart elegant staff and sparklingly clean. No problems with my surgeon so I was in the operating theatre at 09.15. My droopy eyelids and
baggy eyes disappeared over the next two hours. I stayed awake for the procedure and I am glad I did: some good old tunes keeping me
company courtesy of Dr. Pros. My first port of call was the on site pharmacy for some Visine drops for later in the week and parcetamol
for now. However, I took two precautionary tablets and found to my surprise that they were the last I took. My eyes were no more
uncomfortable than wearing hard gas permiable lenses. I found walking by the river in the cool breeze much more soothing that sitting in
my hotel bathing my eyes and so began a week where I walked 6 to 8 hours a day, I wanted to see all the city if I could. Always
something really impressive around every corner. I had a follow up on Thursday, brief and reassuring with a talk on aftercare. I took my
stitches out when I got home on the Tuesday – 40 seconds for all four. Bruising gone after another week and after a month I am so happy
with the results – and so is my girlfriend. I am so glad I did this.

Finally got round to that scary exciting bit of doing the pregnancy test and for our very first time it was a Big fat Positive!

Having gone through two and a half years of fertility treatments back home in the UK, my husband and I were pretty much coming to the end of the road in terms of treatment options available to us. Looking at the internet there are a myriad of fertility based clinics and with everyone’s time being so limited and considerable expense not to forget the emotional rollercoaster of the whole experience where and how do you choose? Like us I’m sure you were primarily interested in success rates, value for money but I was also keen to have a patient centred inclusive service. We decided to go for the egg donor assisted IVF, this service was not personally recommended by friends or family but rather I saw some very encouraging postings on the internet about other couple’s experience of Gest.

I write this feedback in order that other couples in our position are assisted with the best information to help them with this hugely important decision making process. I have to say that whilst the thought of having to spend over a week in gorgeous Prague was certainly appealing, what would our treatment be like?

Well right from the outset when I made contact initially with Zdenek, I was very impressed with the speediness of replies, information content of the emails and his professionalism. Dr Polkova also gave me her personal email details so that when she was on leave she could still be responsive to any email queries that I had. When we finally came over for our IVF cycle, the process was very slick, airport transfers, a great hotel and nothing really seemed to be too much bother. This was exactly what we needed, all the stress taken out of the equation. The blastocyst transfer process was far better than embryo transfers that I had experienced in the UK. I did not need to have a full bladder which was bliss and with the transfer taking place later on this slightly increased our chances. Fingers and everything else crossed that we get lucky this time. Good luck in your search for a clinic as well. We would thoroughly recommend this clinic to people in our situation.

I am delighted with the result of the procedure. It is wonderful to not have to constantly be fumbling around for glasses to see things
properly. I was in Prague for 8 days, having decided to get both eyes done on the same trip rather than making two separate journeys.
The whole thing was managed very well, the hotel was adequate and close to the clinic. Zdenek was very efficient and helpful. Staff
at the clinics were good too and the procedure itself is completely painless. I managed to have a few days of sightseeing in between
procedures which was a bonus. Only downside was an eye infection I developed on return to UK which required a trip to hospital to sort
out. I really would recommend this to anyone who like me, hates wearing glasses.

Testimonial – Stephanie – Breast reduction

I had saline breast implants about 6 years ago. They were not horrible but at this point they are just too big for my small frame plus
they were sagging and causing me some minor neck and back pain. I consulted with three London surgeons on having removal and
reduction/lift – two on Harley St – and all three insisted I should have another set of implants, despite my decision that I just wanted
them out and would be OK with much smaller breasts. In frustration, I looked at Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic for a surgery
centre. I selected Praga Medica and have been delighted by the results. The service I got from Veronika was excellent – she looked after
me extremely well. The Perfect Clinic and Dr Padera were first rate. He did not even try to talk about implants after I said I wanted
them out. I checked the clinic and Dr Padera carefully before I went and did not find anything to be concerned about; in fact, quite the
opposite. I got exactly the new breasts I wanted AND at a fraction of the price quoted to me in England. I know some people have horror
stories to tell, but definitely not me. I will say, it is somewhat odd when English is not your healthcare providers’ first language.
But I also have to say I received excellent, personal care and attention. My only complaint about this experience was at the clinic
where I stayed two nights the air conditioning made such a loud noise I couldn’t use it. Luckily it wasn’t terribly warm. The food was
good at the clinic and the nurses checked on me regularly and brought me any thing I asked for promptly. I also liked the apartment
where I stayed after. Veronika even helped me to find a tour of Prague to go on, which amazingly I was able to do four days post-op. So,
high marks for the experience and the outcome. A big thank you to all involved.

From first contacting the clinic through to finally having the treatment I was extremely happy with the service they provided. They made everything clear to me, they were always on hand to answer my questions and they managed to book me in just a couple of weeks after I enquired. My Otoplasty went very well, the clinic was super clean and modern and everybody spoke english well so I was very comfortable there. The surgery lasted an hour and I was then out and about not really in any pain at all. I just have to wait another week until my bandages are removed but I am sure that they are exactly as I hoped they would be. All in all I paid £1200 for the surgery including flights and accommodation, this is half the price I was quoted to have the surgery in the UK and I also got to spend 4 days in beautiful Prague! I would not hesitate to recommend a friend, in fact I have a couple of friends saving to book their surgery’s soon!

Yes I believe I was in the hands of two excellent dental doctors, who managed to do 2 implants instead of one. My only negative is that I was not given happy gas as the 2 hour operation was rather grueling for me, but all’s well that ends well and I would recommend this clinic any time. What a pity that certain female administration staff at the front desk have such an unfriendly attitude to new clients,it would be so much nicer to be treated with some kindness especially when you are about to have an operation.
