I was very pleased booking with Praga Medica. I had all my questions answered prior to arriving. The consultation went very well & there were no complications. The facilities were of a very high standard. All my accommodation needs were catered for including the arrival & departure from the airport. I also had a mobile when I was discharged from the clinic & medication if needed My procedure was performed by Dr Lukas Frajer who did a superb job. I knew he had an excellent history as a surgeon & could not fault him. The nurses were all helpful 24hrs a day during my stay. The room was nice & I always felt secure. Being a Vegetarian also I was pleased that my dietary needs were catered for. I am pleased with the results so far but I know the true effect may not be known for another 5 months. Either way all went great! The only negative aspect was that not many of the nurses (during my stay) spoke English & that is very important when you come for any procedure overall 7/10 but the surgeons all spoke English. Thankfully I did have my laptop which helped very much in terms of translating. I would still advocate the clinic either way as the most important aspects were the level of service & after care they offer. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible.
