The service I received from Prague Medica was excellent. The responses to my emails were prompt and detailed. After around a week of emails I felt confident enough to go ahead with the surgery. The morning of my surgery I was met by a pleasant young lady who came to my hotel to take me to the clinic. She took care of my for the day whilst i got my pre operative tests done. When the time came to say
good by and hand me over to the nurses in the clinic, she gave me a lovely gift which i thought was very thoughtful and kind.
