Testimonial – Jordan – Cataract surgery

A friend recommended Praga Medica. My query was responded to very quickly with helpful suggestions and questions. I made one trip to
Prague for a comprehensive eye exam. I had a cataract. I have very difficult eyes to fit because of high diopter near-sightedness and
severe astigmatism. I returned in two months for the surgery. It was very quick and painless. I was worried that the surgeon would
have difficulty in getting the axis correct on the astigmatism aspect. But he assured me he had done thousands. The end result was
simply amazing. I now have 20/20 in that eye – distant. It is the first time I’ve been without glasses in 52 years! They told me
beforehand that I would need to use simple reading glasses and so is the case. I never had any post-op problems, no pain, no
infections. I’m very happy. Also, I would highly recommend the Andel Apartments. Getting to the eye clinic is very easy on trams 10
or 16 to the I.P Pavlova station. The apartment is very well kept up and warm in a beautiful location. There are plenty of restaurants
and a large Tesco market very close by. Finally, I very much appreciated the personal service of Zdenek. He made the whole
experience a very easy one in picking me up, dropping me off, giving me reliable information and a cell phone (which I didn’t think I
would need but it did come in handy), and always being there for my calls for help. He is fluent in English and an unfailingly cheerful
fellow. Thanks, Zdenek!

My husband and I just celebrated our 6th anniversary this year — I mean REALLY celebrating, because this year our dreams came true with the help of Praga Medica. Last year, we had pretty much given up on our hopes for a child of our own. We heard about Praga Medica and made an telephone appointment with Dr. Alexander via coordinator Zdenek. The course of action that he recommended for our situation was IVF with an egg donor. Upon making the decision to go forward, Zdenek immediately began providing us with all of the information that we needed to begin our journey. It was overwhelming at first, but Zdenek was there every time to answer all of our questions and help us prepare for the procedure. I looked forward to my visits, knowing that Praga Medica had a true understanding of what I was going through. From my husband and myself, we can never express enough gratitude to Dr. Alexander, Zdenek and the entire staff at Praga Medical for what they have done for us. These people really do help people to make their dreams come true! Our lives have been changed by the realization of our new family, and we could never have done it without them. Everything went perfectly from the first phone to the return transfer back to the airport. having them to take me to the clinics meant went everything went smoothly and tress free. The doctors and clinic staff spoke very good english so I understood everything that was happening to me. I had two procedures first being eye surgery the second was extensive dental work. I have already posted a testimonial about my eye surgery. My dental surgery included replacing an eight toothed bridge with a new ten toothed bridge including implants. Very complex and currently waiting to return to Prague for the last phase to be completed in three months time. The quality of the temporary bridge is outstanding.

Testimonial – Scot – Vision Correction

I was apprehensive about this beforehand but my worries turned out to be completely unjustified. The care and attention to detail
throughout was of a commendable standard. All of the staff I spoke to at both the clinic and at the hospital, including the surgeon,
spoke excellent English so communication was not a problem. The recommended accommodation was within easy walking distance of the clinic and itself was very good. I was particularly impressed with Zdenek the organiser for Praga Medica and Tereza who did an excellent job of
looking after me while I was there.
