- How long should I avoid using computer and watching TV?
- Using computer and watching TV cannot be harmful for you after the surgery. A lot of patients watch TV in the evening of the day of surgery. If the eye does not burn or tear, there is no reason to avoid it. If it feels like tears or burning in your eye on the first day after the surgery, it is better to keep the eyes shut and leave out both TV and computer. There is no reason to avoid TV or computer on the other days. However, take account of the fact that there may be certain variation in visual acuity. Absolute majority of people is able to perform ordinary office work since the 3rd post-operative day, though. Note: In the case of the economic PRK surgery, post-operative difficulties do not mostly allow for watching TV and working with computer for 4 or more days after the surgery.

Unless you are in a rush, plan your stay in Prague outside of main feasts and holidays like Christmas, Easter, 1st May, July-August. Prices of flights rise significantly for these dates and so accommodation in hotels.
Combine your main treatment with supplement treatments such as dentistry or dermatology treatments for a reduced price. Save money on minor medical and beauty procedures that you would undergo in your country anyway. Use your free time to visit a hairdresser, go to a massage or see a cosmetician. You will pay half price or less compared to what you would pay at home.
